A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a minor in Mathematics, TJ quickly established himself as a forward-thinking professional. As the co-founder of Revolutionary Electronic Design, he led the design and manufacturing of an automated liquid dispensing system, secured a U.S. patent, raised over $1 million in funding, and successfully negotiated the company’s acquisition. His first-hand experience in product development, commercialization, and scaling operations gives him a deep understanding of what it takes to bring innovative solutions to market.
Beyond engineering, TJ has built a strong career in business development and sales. At MiCamp Solutions, he implemented sales strategies that helped businesses streamline operations and increase efficiency. As the NIL Director, he launched a national program from the ground up, collaborating with universities such as Florida State, Penn State, and Kentucky to develop sustainable revenue models. His ability to identify opportunities, establish key partnerships, and navigate complex sales cycles sets him apart.
TJ also has extensive experience in the electrical utility sector, supporting manufacturers like Megger, Hipotronics, and HVI through equipment servicing and calibration. He has worked with major utilities, including Pepco, BGE, PPL, Delmarva, and Duquesne, ensuring their critical infrastructure remains operational. His deep industry knowledge and technical acumen allow him to communicate effectively with decision-makers and position products for long-term success.
