William, a native of North Carolina, brings an extensive and impressive background to the electrical utility industry, making him a highly valuable asset. He graduated from North Carolina State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, which laid the foundation for his exceptional technical expertise in electrical design, sales, and sales applications across various sectors, including Generation, Transmission, Distribution, and Nuclear.
Throughout his distinguished career, William has held pivotal roles that highlight his deep industry knowledge and leadership capabilities. Before joining the USA team, he served as a Distribution Design Engineer at Duke Energy, where he was instrumental in overseeing underground, overhead single-phase, and three-phase applications. His career also includes significant tenures as a Regional Sales Manager with industry leaders such as Thomas and Betts, Nexans High-Voltage, and Souriau Nuclear, where he consistently drove growth and innovation.
William’s dedication to the industry is matched by his commitment to his family. He is married with two children and six grandchildren, and they have proudly called the Raleigh area home since 1977.
